The Neochem factory, equipped with state-of-the-art ranges of manufacturing machinery and processes, has a current installed production capacity of more than 20,000 MTPA (a capacity augmentation is in the offing), complemented by a Pilot Plant for new product development and trials. The new products, developed in sync with evolving customer demands and market trends, are introduced in the market only if they successfully pass a wide-ranging series of trials.

The factory premises are expansive, with ample space for easy material handling and large storage (it is an industrial tradition at Neochem to keep a vast inventory of its product ranges, so as to respond to customer requirements / requisitions quickly).
